Since 2013 the year when the first issue of the journal was released, a huge number of research papers have been published, and they are all characterized by the variety and heterogeneity of themes and approaches. At the same time, they are all united by one thing – responsibility. We try to manifest it in every paper in the most vivid and accurate way, to make this concept the core of every issue and then consequently, everything tends to become clear and comprehensible. The authors of research papers, renowned and commencing researchers, journalists who lay out each issue of the journal speak of one and the same thing – responsibility. It is the responsibility of a scholar, or for that matter, of every person not only for what they do, but for the future of the world in general. By suggesting their professional topics each, they all, to a certain extent, raise the issue of a degree of accountability of science to society.
